Really helpful when I had an error with one of my customers' payments - quick live chat with Sinchain and we're back up and running again!
Sinchain was very helpful when it came down to all of my support questions!
Fast and genuine support! Launching this part of our website soon but so far really happy with the customization and customer service. Will update my review if necessary.

Love the service to far! They are quick to reply and have sweet answers and solutions to all my problems and questions, haha.
These app isn't only easy to use but when you get stuck Sinchain is on the chat box and ready to help. I'm not very technically minded so having someone who supports even silly questions is amazing. Can't recommend enough! 6 stars!
I want to express my gratitude for the immediate response and lightning-fast resolution of minor day-to-day issues. Your support has been incredibly helpful! However, I believe there’s an opportunity to enhance the app's user-friendliness and convenience. Thank you once again for your dedication and enthusiasm!
