The Redo team is always innovating based on the feedback from entrepreneurs, which I truly appreciate. I love that Redo has a full suite of products for the customer facing and backend of business. They are also amazing with customer service by giving timely and thorough solutions.

The integration, features, and support from Redo is second to none. The transition was super easy from Shipstation, Route, and our archaic methods of returns. We are constantly finding efficiencies and improvements within the Redo platform and couldn't recommend it enough.

When asking about features or functions, most apps say they don't offer them whereas Redo will find ways to apply the features you are looking for.

So far I'm loving it! I'm a newly launched online/pop up boutique that is still in the early days of sales. Redo has made me feel more confident in the return process and made less work for me (super important as a 1 man show). Alexis has been FANTASTIC at assisting me with any questions or issues that I may have which makes this company feel more personable. I'm glad I found them from the start and I look forward to learning more and growing with them.
