The best app and system for returns!

We’ve been using Redo for our returns since the early days of our boutique, and it has made the whole process feel so much lighter. Instead of handling manual returns, unexpected costs, and back-and-forth emails, everything is handled seamlessly through their system. It takes the pressure off small businesses while giving customers a smooth, straightforward experience, truly the best of both worlds!

And we have to shout out to our amazing account manager, Austin P. he has been so kind, quick to help, and always makes sure everything is running perfectly for us.

The returns portal recently got an update and it looks so much better.

Docking 1 star because I find adjusting any complex settings myself is challenging as they live in multiple places so you run the risk of messing something up. That being said, if I need changes the support team is there :)

This app definitely gave us an upgrade in terms of order fulfillment and saved us thousands in costs that we would have to incur without REDO. The support is also super helpful and the success managers are always there to help us with whatever we need!

Prior to utilizing Redo's services, we were partnered with Loop for all returns. We experienced the worst customer support at Loop when issues arose, which was one of the main reasons we decided to switch to Redo.

With just a month or so to go before peak, the timing of our move wasn't ideal, but the potential savings from being able to bring multiple aspects of the business under one roof (shipping, returns, exchanges, email support, marketing, etc) and Spencer's assurances that it could all be done without compromising our day-to-day operations, was all we needed to hear to make the jump now and not in the new year.
Dom flew in to get our stations set up with updated bin locations and towns. These new towns have created efficiencies to our picking, packing and order distribution processes that I didn't think would be possible without automation.
Bottom line, if you want a product that works and will save you time and money, Redo is it. It's also nice to have Spencer, Dom, Aaron, Seth, etc, etc... real people who respond to your real needs.
