Redo

We've been using Redo and almost all of their products for awhile now. The integration has been really smooth, the interface is easy to work with, and their support has been top-notch. They've helped us every step of the way and we're looking forward to our continued success with them!

Redo helped us solve some key issues we had with our previous return flow that has really improved our customer's experience. The Redo team (shout out to Summer) was especially helpful during onboarding.

We recently switched to Redo as our shipping platform at Beautiful Brows and Lashes US, and we’ve already seen such a difference. The transition from ShipStation was smooth, the interface is cleaner, and the overall workflow feels faster and more efficient. Their support team has also been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the setup.

We’re genuinely loving the switch and are excited to continue streamlining our shipping with Redo!

We have also had the pleasure of working with Dallin from Redo while troubleshooting claims, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about him! He’s been extremely attentive, responsive, and genuinely great to work with. His support has made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Skyler went above and beyond to help us sort out an issue we were having. The issue had nothing to do with the app, it was user error during a return, and he was able to troubleshoot the issue and get us sorted.

August 2026 Update:
Redo continues to be a great app with a super helpful team, we have added the app to our European market as well and they've been very helpful in the process. JY just fixed a request for us within hours of being looped in, and we're excited to continue to grow with Redo in our corner.

I’m using Redo for my warranty claims and the experience has been fantastic. The app itself makes everything simple and straightforward, but what really stood out was the customer support. Skyler and Jaxon were incredibly helpful—quick responses, clear guidance, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved.

The customer service team at Redo is top-tier. They are quick to reply to any issue that may arise and solutions are just as quick. Jacob has been an asset to the team and has helped correct our flow with specific logic that has allowed our customers more flexibility with their returns.

Love using Redo! We started out using them for returns and are now using them for email marketing, support, upsells, and they are constantly adding new features for us to take advantage of.
