Incredible experience all around. Redo has developed an impressive platform but it is the people that have wowed us. We are looking forward to developing new solutions to improve customer experience together.
Was working closely with their team and connecting them with brands. They're only responsive as long as you are valuable to them. Once they are done taking value from you they simply quit responding to your messages.

Terrible service -- they are very attentive when trying to win your business but when once you're set up they refuse to answer any calls or emails.
Harrison is quick to respond to any inquiries we have concerning REDO to give our customers the best experience.

This has been the first automatic return policy we had! It has been great so far and Hannu and his team have been so helpful with any questions we have had! He is super responsive and the app has worked great so far.
Aside from saving us the expense, the support from the team has been impeccable post transition from our previous returns platform. Hats off to Natalie who has patiently assisted us through the transition and fielded our qeuries on how the platform worked.
