Awesome startup with some great people and ideas. We started using them for automated returns and have since added their fulfillment product and can't say enough about how great they are to work with.

Honestly - I have been super impressed with the team and the amount of thought that has gone into each layer. I love how I can edit emails to match my brand and customize the way that each is sent - this let's me really tailor each customer's experience which feels huge. I like the direction they are headed and feel like this app is a game changer in a few categories - especially for small teams like mine that need to be able to leverage automatic actions and 'smart' tools. I freaking love their outbound order management system - has saved me tons of time.

Redo is fantastic! We use their platform across both our customer service and marketing teams, and it’s been a game-changer. I love having all our marketing tools in one place—it feels cohesive, streamlined, and incredibly easy to use. We recently set up one of their post-purchase tools, and it’s already delivering a great ROI. On top of that, their support team is wonderful—quick to respond and always ready to fix any issues right away. Highly recommend!

REDO has been a lifesaver for our company. We initially started with them for their efficient return/exchange portal and the ease of use for our customers. We now use REDO for everything else that relates to shipping. The shipping rates are much lower than the previous company we were using which is the biggest win. REDO has automated a lot of the shipping process which also saves us time and money. Additionally, they offer great client support and are always willing to help us problem solve. We have especially enjoyed working with Alex, Hayden, Seth and Boston. They’re the best! The only downfall we have is that we didn’t start using them sooner:)

Update: Hopped on a call with a few people from Redo a few months ago and they were able to get things corrected and working great. The ONLY reason they didn't receive 5 stars is there was a comment made that I should be happy they did what they did since they only do it for very large companies. Besides that comment - the individuals I worked with were great! Thank you!

The support to get it set up was good - they messed something up on my website but now seem too busy to help figure it out. The amount of fraudulent orders (19 as of this review) since I started with Redo on July 6th that have come through for $1.00 is crazy and quite annoying. Reach out to support and all I'm told is "if they wouldn't do it with the cheapest item they'd do it with another item" Actually, in the last 7 years I didn't have this issue until your app was added, so I disagree.

I’ve been using Redo to handle our return process, and it’s made such a difference. Being a swimwear brand, returns used to be a bit of a headache especially for our US customers. Now, instead of customers having to sort out return labels, customers can manage everything directly through Redo.
I’ve also noticed a lot more exchanges rather than returns since using the app, which has been amazing.
Their customer support has been very quick to get back to me as well!

I have never encountered such careless app owners. I’ve contacted you multiple times, explaining that I wanted to use your app but was unable to log in. I even left my email address, yet all I received was a generic response. I’m deleting the app, and I will never recommend it to anyone.

When originally signed up - ReDo had great customer service and went above and beyond. Now, you can't get any support for changes they made to our system. You can't talk with anyone anymore, you have to sit on Chat and hope someone will respond. There product has changed and not as good as it originally was. There "upgrades" are actually "setbacks".

Redo has been a breath of fresh air for our customer service and returns. The team is easy to reach and so kind! We love all the new products they are rolling out. If you're tired of overpaying for other popular help desk programs, try Redo instead!

Very good product that has helped increase site conversions. Very helpful service support who will assist. It is an American company, and for our Australian business with overseas sales, Redo still needs to improve some of its features for non-American businesses.
