Our customers love this app as it makes returns and exchanges so easy. We love it too for ease of use and reduction of customer support tickets. The analytics platform is super helpful and they have great support. Highly recommend, can't wait to see what other new features you come up with!

Just started with Redo in prep for a busy holiday season and it has been a very smooth transition from our previous return portal.

Jed (Sales), Seth (Tech/Sync), and Jaxon (Support Chat) have all been incredibly helpful so far in getting everything up and running! Weekly onboarding calls to make sure we understand Redo (portal, backend, customer facing and anything else we may need) has been efficient even when the team has a plethora of questions.

Definitely believe Redo will be a longstanding app we will be using for the foreseeable future. Thanks Redo Team!
