We moved our customer service, chatbot, SMS and returns to Redo, and it has made our team's day much easier. The AI chat answers from our own FAQ and passes anything it can't handle to our team with the full conversation, and the rules let us route urgent requests to the right person automatically. Checkout+ and the returns portal work smoothly for our customers.
What stands out most is the support: Nick answers fast, explains things clearly and even sent our developer the exact API details we needed.
