Redo

Switched to Redo from ShipStation and I am so glad we made the upgrade. Competitive pricing, way more automations and filters, seamless Shopify connection, clear reporting and packer analytics, and technical support that actually gets back to me!

Our amazing rep Ryan Butler sold me on Redo instantly and I love his availability. Their quick and smart team of Sam, Boston and Sadie have helped me create a system tailored to us and works for my team, not just a cookie-cutter approach that I see with other platforms. I highly recommend Redo to everyone looking for a one-stop solution to their OMS.

We've had such an amazing experience with REDO so far! The onboarding process was an absolute breeze and honestly left us speechless with how smooth and effortless everything was. The app itself is incredibly easy to use and navigate, making day-to-day management of our returns/exchanges and labels so much simpler.

On top of that, their customer service has been outstanding! The team is always quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever we have questions. A special shoutout to Megan for being so kind, responsive, and always going above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of.

We truly couldn't be happier with our experience and can't recommend REDO enough. If you're looking for a reliable, user-friendly platform backed by an incredible support team, REDO is it!

We couldn’t be happier with Redo! The people behind Redo are genuinely some of the nicest and most supportive people we've worked with. They're literally just one call away whenever we need help! Shoutout to Logan, Nick, Spencer and Peter who helped us with our shipping inquiry today.

The software has been a game-changer for our daily operations. It helped us eliminate three steps from our daily production process, making our workflow faster and more efficient, while also helping us save on shipping costs.

Great software backed by an even greater team! Highly recommend Redo to any business looking to simplify operations and save time and money!
