The app functions seamlessly with our store. The support during onboarding was attentive and helpful, and the setup process was pretty quick. We haven't had any issues with the app even as we've run theme updates and undergone changes to our store.

Excellent customer service. We always receive prompt replies and solutions. Customer service rep, Char, is very courteous and knows how to explain the full picture when we need it, and handles everything for us (even if it's something I could have done myself with some time and struggle).

She was quick to answer emails, and helped us with backend edits, to ensure this program looked cohesive with the rest of our site. Looking forward to seeing how customers respond!
