Great app with great functionality. I recommend customizing the app with their support team so that you can get higher conversions. It's one of the only apps that work on non shopify websites via embed.
Thank you for choosing Conjured Referrals. We're always here should you need a hand!
Incredible support! They've been able to make the design exactly as I needed it to be. The referral program is super easy to set up and super intuitive. I can't wait to see how many additional sales we're gonna get!

Have a nice day and happy holidays,

I have installed the app for several days, and I have sent emails to your mailbox, but I can't get your response. Why doesn't your app have a customer service window from time to time? I'm really disappointed with your app. Please contact me quickly, which has completely delayed my work for a long time
Hi there,
I'm sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced. I have reviewed your support correspondence and it appears we have replied to all of your requests to the best of our ability and within 24 hours. We are a US based company that operates support during US business hours and does not offer Chinese / Mandarin language support but we have done our best using google translate to understand and answer your questions. If you or someone on your team speaks english we would be happy to schedule a call to assist you with any issues you may be having. You can reach us at support@conjured.co. Thanks.
Conjured Referrals is a simple app that does everything you need a referral app to do. I found the setup to be really simple to do, plus it has tons of room for customization (you can either customize the CSS or custom-code everything yourself). Char is also really helpful and gets back to you within hours every time whenever you have a question.
We're thrilled to hear your positive feedback about Conjured Referrals! We're glad you found the setup process simple and the customization options suitable for your needs. It's great to know that Char has been instrumental in your positive experience due to her quick and helpful responses. Thank you for your review and your 5-star rating. Your feedback helps us ensure we're meeting our users' needs and expectations.
Best,
The Shop Circle Team
