We've been using Referral Candy for quite some time now, and it's been a fantastic experience. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and has been a great solution for managing our affiliate and referral programs.
Recently, we ran into an issue with our account, and Eunice from the Customer Success team was incredibly helpful. She stayed with us throughout the entire process, followed up consistently, and worked closely with us until everything was fully resolved. The level of customer service we received was outstanding quick, professional, and genuinely committed to helping us succeed.

Jessa helped out tremendously during our onboarding process. The dev team accommodated our issue and even added a feature within 24 hours which is just absolutely fabulous in terms of Support.

I’ve had a great overall experience with ReferralCandy. The platform has been easy to navigate and simple to set up, which made getting started really smooth.
