We installed this app over 2 weeks ago and ran into a snag on the install. We reached out to their customer support and never heard back. Why would anyone use this app if they have zero support. Very disappointed.
Andrew (and Narciso) were very helpful figuring out an issue with our Recharge integration. It took a bit of back and forth, but they were responsive and informative, and we're pleased that everything is working now!
I have been using this app for a few years and it works great. For some reason, my store got disconnected recently, and Erik fixed it in a jiffy. I will continue using this app, thanks for the great customer service!
Good support from Jenna! I use this app for our affiliate program and it's the best! The support team at Refersion is truly heaven sent. The platform is user-friendly and gets the job done. Highly recommend this app!
We are new to Refersion and if it wasn't for Erik we may not have finished the integration!
They have great customer service and reviews including from people I know offline. We look forward to growing with Refersion
have worked with a lot of apps and the customer service was terrible.
Emma was the consummate profession and very knowledgeable.
if for some reason she doesn't work out with your company, send her to me. She's hired!
Was looking for affordable, yet scalable solution for affiliate marketing. Refersion fits the bill. Clean interface, seamless integration with our Shopify store, and superb customer service.
Would recommend to anyone.
Great starter app for an affiliate program! Set-up is easy and tracking is effective as needed for a starter site. Could improve with access to a database of people and affiliates. Currently the marketplace is not robust.
Wonderfull! Emma helped me with installing the app properly. I am using a thirth party payment provider, so Refersion did not work in the first stage. They helped me installing the app for free. Thanks Emma and Refersion!
This app gave me the capability to stop manually tracking my affiliate code orders and automate more of my business! Big thanks to Nick for giving me constant support through the live chat! Very helpful and professional.
