Loads application error page when opening the app in Shopify. Unable to resolve.
Hi Velocity Pro Gear,
First, thank you for trying to install SkipList! Our app was temporarily offline during an update window, which caused the error you saw, and I completely understand how frustrating that is when you are trying to evaluate a new tool.
The issue is fully resolved now, and I would love to make this right by offering you a white glove exploratory/onboarding session where we handle everything for you. This includes:
- A full walkthrough of how SkipList allows Brands to tap into the growing resale market
- A demo of how our current brand partners are using SkipList to unlock resale revenue and data for FREE
- A hands on setup of your integration so there is zero lift on your end, if you choose to move forward
If you are open to it, I would be happy to personally hop on a call with you! You can email support@skiplist.com to set it up.
Apologies again for the frustration.
Maneesh
SkipList CEO
