When I update it will lag and then give me a 404 and I'll have to start over.
Thanks for flagging this and sorry for the hassle. We've shipped fixes that cut page load work substantially and stop the app showing a misleading "404" when a save fails. I'd like to make sure it's actually resolved for your setup: could you email us at [support] with the screen you were on? Happy to dig in directly.

A simple service ticket that works great. The support staff is awesome. Anything we asked for was fixed in no time at all. Great App! Must have if you do service tickets

cant put parts into layaway
Thank you for the feedback. We want to fix this, but we're not clear on what you were trying to do. Could you open a ticket with our support system and describe the steps: what you mean by layaway, and where the parts should have gone? Once we can see the flow you need, we'll look at what it takes to support it.
The repair system is not perfect but I found this the best to suit or needs. Lot of bugs to work out for our specific needs but they have been very responsive. We check in and repair about 10 items per day and have 2-4 techs working.
