Integrates nearly completely with Shopify - the only limitations are shopify itself. Products and customers pull through instantly. The team have been wonderful in updating the software where needed.
Very simple app that's not too overwhelming but gives the basics you need to automate the repair process without hassle. All the team love it.
It's a very complicated process to set up sms service. Mine is taking forever and keeps telling me there is an error
Thank you for this feedback, and I'm sorry setting up texting was so frustrating. You were right: two errors during your setup on 1 and 2 October were bugs on our side, and both were fixed that week. Your registration went through and is now waiting on the carriers' review, which is outside our control. Nothing is wrong on your side. We've changed RepairDesk so this screen now says that plainly, shows how long reviews usually take, and confirms we'll email you as soon as it's approved. Your customers keep getting email updates in the meantime. – John, RepairDesk
