Integrates nearly completely with Shopify - the only limitations are shopify itself. Products and customers pull through instantly. The team have been wonderful in updating the software where needed.
Very simple app that's not too overwhelming but gives the basics you need to automate the repair process without hassle. All the team love it.
It's a very complicated process to set up sms service. Mine is taking forever and keeps telling me there is an error
Thank you for this feedback, and I'm sorry setting up texting was so frustrating. Two errors you hit on 1 and 2 October were bugs on our side, and both were fixed that week. Your text number was approved on 9 October and texting is now live in your store. Since then we've also added alerts when a customer texts back: a count on Repairs, a pop-up and an email for each reply. If anything else would make RepairDesk work better for you, just reply to any of our emails. – John, RepairDesk
