While my most recent experience was very good, I received the help I needed in a timely manner. I commend the representative. However, I remain very skeptical of this app as most all previous inquiries have been difficult and time consuming, not to mention frustratingm, to get the help and results I needed. Prior to today's inquiry and after receiving a reply from Report Pundit, I was dropped from any further help for my fix. To this day, we have not received any follow up.

Existing reports were ok, but support wasn't. Left a message through chat: no answer, got an email offering help to make changes to the report I used, but those were never done. Also got an email about pre-created reports, and neither of them worked.
Same owner as Data Export App and same problems. Incorrect data many times. They do 'fix' the problem, but it is hard to have faith in data that has been 'fixed'.
Below is my first review. However, I can no longer access the platform and customer support is of no help. Spent an hour waiting for a resolution without success. The agent said he would email my reports and work on a resolution with tech. Unfortunately, he never followed through so I had to manually create the reports I needed. I am being kind with my new 3 stars only because when it worked, it did make my sales tax reporting easier. Time to look for another report app.
