Excellent app and outstanding customer service!

I am extremely satisfied with SA Request a Quote. The app works very well and is a great addition to our Shopify store.

What impressed me the most was their customer support. I had an issue with our quote request emails, and their team was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive. They took the time to understand the problem and made sure everything was working properly.

It's rare to receive customer service this good. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to help.

Great support experience. Haley and the Samita team were responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the troubleshooting process. They fixed the email placeholders, product information, quantities, notification subjects, and email layout issues, and followed up carefully until everything worked correctly. I really appreciate their support and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Any issues or questions I have are resolved promptly and professionally, and the development team is always willing to help with the setup. I would highly recommend both the app and the team behind it.

Immediate responses from support staff is always lovely to see. It does everything it says on the tin for us, we're able to generate leads with much better knowledge of the user's intention now.

There were some minor visual bugs with the first screen you see after loading the app but when diving into the data it's deriving it from (such as the estimated values) it will still have the correct information on the back end.

These issues will probably be fixed very quickly.
