SA Request a Quote, Hide Price

Appreciated being able to work directly with the developers on this app to make updates and customizations that fit with my business model that the app was scratching the surface on initially. I also appreciated the quick communication style and overall follow up.

We've been using this app for a few years and now have just added it to a new store. I was struggling to find a setting to change a colour and popped a quick message into the chat box, within 10 minutes we'd worked through the problem and the app was ready to go. Fast and effective support - very happy.

Great app, works really well and has streamlined how our customers ask for quotes. We had some minor issues with how the app interacted with another app, but their developers were quick to solve the issue. All in all pretty happy and will continue to use the app.

I do use the contact form and request quote apps on our store, they work well, and we are happy with the customer support they provide when we have an issue; they keep you informed on the progress and make sure they get feedback from us before they close the issue ticket, My self I highly recommend both apps and Globo services to their customers.

Our website sells and brokers bulk food ingredients. Request a Quote is the prefect solution to allow customers to find every item they need and add them all to a quote. It has lots of options and will email the customer automatically confirming their quote request. Support has also been very good. We have done a fair amount of custom coding on our site and it has still integrated wonderfully. Any time we have had an issue its been fixed within 24 hours.

Works very well together with the Globo Product Options app. We use both for customizable products in the shop. Very good experience and very helpful team! Thank you.

Update August 2024 - changed from 5 to 2 stars. Performance wise only one star, but support is very responsive, even if they could not solve the problem.

This app has been sold to another company (Samita) without notice. We got this confirmed by the new companies support staff after asking for it twice. Integration with Globo app is not working anymore. Correct display of pricing is not working anymore. Removing items from their own (pay layter) popup cart is not working anymore. We are out.
