Quick Quote ‑ Request a Quote

It has a problem converting currency on a quote.

I was on the Pro plan.
It is supposed to stay in default currency of customer but doesn't and there is no spot to confirm currency before sending it out. We tried different switches where it was supposed to work, but it never did.

It's very unfortunate we have lost money on orders and then had to go to customer to ask for the difference.

I switched to "Quote Guru" much more efficient and user friendly app.

The app is great and has helped my customers feel a lot more comfortable in their decision making process. The support is good, but it does take some time to get issues resolved.

Overall, the app is great though!

QuickQuote has been a game-changer for our repair process. It’s so easy for customers to submit their requests, and everything runs smoothly on our end. Their team is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to help us troubleshoot or customize anything we need. We truly feel supported and that’s rare. Highly recommend!
