A worthy investment that pays for itself and has grown my business exponentially! I now walk into the buying process with confidence because the numbers make clear what I should buy and how much I should spend in each category. No more guessing, no more anxiety thanks to Retail Orbit/Management One and my awesome coach, Alex, who understands my business and can point out trends that I sometimes miss. Once you invest, you will wonder why you didn't do it sooner!
Management One is great to work with! The insights they have makes buying and sales so much easier. I was guessing but now I can make informed decisions in my inventory management! Love the partnership that has been created with Alex at Management One!
Melanie has been a key part of Wild Hand’s success since we started working together! Her knowledge, empathy, and insight into what it takes to run and grow a small business has been invaluable. She has helped us grow consistently since joining Management One and I can’t imagine running our yarn shop without her partnership; she is truly our secret super power!
I absolutely love working with Management One! As a two-location boutique owner, having the ability to see inventory trends by location and classification has been incredibly helpful. It allows me to make more informed buying decisions and better understand what each store needs. I also love having another set of eyes on the business—someone who understands the numbers, helps me see the bigger picture, and truly feels like part of my team. Highly recommend!
Management One has helped me increase the profitability of my business by providing detailed reports on my inventory inflow, open to buy budgets, freshness, sales goals and more. I wouldn't want to run my business without them and I cannot recommend them enough.
I can't run my business without this. It tells me exactly what to buy, when, how much, etc. It takes all of the guessing out of inventory management and buying. And working with my coach is super helpful.
Management One has been such a valuable resource for my boutique. They have helped me better understand my inventory, plan my buying, and feel more confident making decisions based on the numbers. As a small business owner, it is so easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, so having a clear plan and someone knowledgeable to guide me has been incredibly helpful. I would absolutely recommend Management One to other retailers who want a better understanding of their business and how to move it forward. The retail orbit app is a game changer!
I've been waiting for the app to finish loading for 3 days now and it's still not done. I reached out to customer support and never heard back. Very frustrating experience. Would not recommend until they fix their technical issues and actually respond to customers.
I'm sorry — this isn't the experience we want anyone to have, and the fact that your support request went unanswered makes it worse. That one is on us. We've found the gap in how messages were being routed and have already changed our process so it doesn't happen again.
On the sync not completing: It looks like your initial data load froze and needed to be restarted. If you're open to it, I'd like to get your store loaded properly myself so you can see what the app actually does — including your RetailORBIT Health Score, which is free and gives you a real read on your inventory position.
I've reached out directly and hope to hear from you. We've spent 40 years helping independent retailers, and I'd rather earn a second look than leave this where it is.
