such a great customer services , the APP is easy to use , 24/7 customer services , the functions of the app can be customized upon on your request. The app was designed for return & exchange, but we were looking for recycling function our new sustainable campaign and we requested to Prime return team , they just provide extra support to built us new function. Highly recommended

I really like this return app! The set up is very easy but the customer service is also extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to help you get everything ready for easy returns. The user interfaces very simple on the merchant side as well as the customer side. They also set it up so that it matches your website so everything looks seamless. We have been using return prime in our store for almost 4 months now. We are very satisfied with the product. Managing returns and refunds are very easy. It's easier to manage returns with return prime, which saves a lot of time. It Makes the process easy where all the return process is managed under one portal. The support team is also very good.

This product is all you need for your after-service in D2C. I saw many other apps, but the user experience it provides and its features are pretty unbelievable. It is undoubtedly the best product, the smooth handling of multiple returns to managing exchange for higher to lower value orders. I am yet to explore the bot and other advanced features of the tool. I am already amazed though. Kudos to the team.
