We decided to try this app because of its high rating, but unfortunately the service does not match the number of stars at all. In fact, it makes me question whether those ratings are genuine.

Customer support is unreliable. They respond whenever they feel like it—if they respond at all—and the issues are rarely solved properly.
Yes, the app looks nice, but in real use you will constantly run into problems. Fixing those problems takes far too long, which costs us money and frustrates our customers.

I strongly do not recommend this app. It will waste your time and likely lead to negative feedback from your own customers.

I am using return prime to automate all the things and return prime's onbording process is very fast and help us with the return and exchange things.

Never completed the onboarding process cause their support team is not responsive and doesn't keep to their schedule. The live chat service can be a hit and miss sometimes. We scheduled a call and their staff never showed up. Don't have much confidence in them.

The team at Return Prime are very helpful and responsive. They answered all of my queries and spent time taking me through each stage of the process so i could fully understand how the app could work for my business. I've been using the app for several months now, and everything has been great. It's easy to set up, and if you run into any problems, the support team resolves them very quickly!
