Return Prime:Return & Exchange

DONT USE THIS APP, ITS SCAM and aLEAST SUPPORTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

I do not have any active subscription, and I already cancelled the service and deleted the app completely. Despite this, I am still being charged, which is unacceptable.

We already contacted THE support team but the response was extremely unhelpful.

there are alot of better options available and most important thing is to have good support which is missing with this App.

We are extremely satisfied with the Return Prime app and their support team. The app works perfectly and has made our return process much more efficient. Whenever we had a question or issue, their team responded quickly and helped us resolve everything smoothly. Highly recommended!

Shabham did an amazing job of helping setup his Return Prime! Shabham is the founder and has done an amazing job of thinking through all anyone would need in the Return & Exchange process. I highly recommend working with Return Prime and Shabham, they have a winning APP. Their interface is professional and effective.

Further, Shabham went beyond the call of duty helping us integrate with ShipStation and properly guiding us through how to utilize Return Prime to make it easy for our customers and frankly for our team to manage the Exchange & Return process properly.

Thank you Shabham, wishing you continued success!

Customer service was very helpful

App works right out of the box and has some great features for small and big businesses with advanced needs. I contacted support and spoke with Victor about some customizations, and he was patient and able to implement my request perfectly. Great app and service for growing small and big businesses alike.

Amazing customer service! Always there to help and figure out any issues you have. Patiently solves and listens to all your problems.
