Return Prime:Return & Exchange

First day I spent 6 hours trying to set up this app for my business model. I contacted support and they just kept saying "we are here to help", but didn't explain properly what I had to do, only half words. There's not a single tutorial video on the whole youtube or the app, the FAQ section has outdated tutorial with functions that have changed.

Then I booked their expert support where you can have a meeting with them, share your screen and they can explain, I spent 12 minutes waiting in the meeting room and nobody has showed up. Worst experience ever since running my Shopify.

I have installed the app in order to test its features while selecting a return service for my customers. Then, already during the setup guide, the app automatically initiated a customer support chat (I wasn't even asked if I even wanted to talk to anyone yet, I literally just started looking into their app), then followed by sending me an email requesting store access, another email asking to continue the support chat, and then even spamming my phone. After all of that I didn't want to have anything to do with this app anymore, and simply uninstalled it. Seriously, don't push so much, it felt extremely intrusive :/

I highly recommend any business required to manage return & exchange on your site. The support team will quickly respond and assist if you have any concerns. Also, the app setting can be easily understood, and the set up can be customized to suit your business!

This should be the best application to handle for return and exchange on Shopify! the configuration can be easily comprehended, the support team has a quick response and assist with setup precisely.

The app is super flexible. You have a lot of opportunities. I had troubles connecting my DHL account but the support was super helpful.
