They were very kind and helpful.
Answered all my questions and showed me a step by step process on his example store.
I reached out to support to help integrate and they jumped in and knocked it out for me. So easy. Thanks.
Für Retouren Abwicklungen die beste App meiner Meinung nach. Ganz einfach zu verstehen aber am besten ist der Support. 5 Sterne!
Amazing app and support. They guide us to install correctly everything. We love it and definitely you have to add this app into your store
Though I only had help installing the app. The rep Wonder was amazing. She took over the process and set it up from start to finish. I hope the app performs just as well as her. Thanks
My representative Shubham was AWESOME! He went above and beyond what was asked of him regarding the app. He also assisted me with creating order exchanges and explained the automatic inventory stock.
Great app! Fairly easy to set up. Needed some help setting a few things up in the backend and the custumer support was super quick and very accomodating. The App seems to be working well so far. I am pleased. Would recommend.
Absolute LEGEND @Shubham. Guided me through the whole process. Helped with bits not even related. If you need your hand held than this is the team for you. Also the app itself is easy to use. Set up was done for me. Thank you
I highly recommend this app! it will definitely make your life easier. My concerns for not really wanting to advertise blatantly that I have a way to make returns easy were met in a creative way. User friendly with top notch support!
I just starting using the app to give my customers a better streamlined user experience when it came to returns and exchanges. The customer service that I have already received is unmatched and I continue to look forward to using this app
