I've been using this app for about a year and I love it. Customer service is great and it does everything I need!
Do not trust this app if you expect any level of customer service. I was managing the St. Clair website and reached out to their support team regarding our configuration. Zero response. Having an app team ghost you during a live project is a massive risk for any e-commerce business. Their lack of professionalism forced us to switch to a competitor. Truly disappointing experience.
We're truly sorry for the delay in responding. This fell short of the standard we hold ourselves to, and we understand how frustrating that is. We've since resolved the issue, and if there's anything else you need, our 24/7 chat team is here for you anytime. We'd love the opportunity to make this right.
The task has been made very easy and customers are also very happy with the process. It has made the exchange process very smooth and nice
It's helping us a lot with the return process. Not only on the digital side but also on the CRM and logistics sides.
Rohit cleared all doubts and directed well to solve the isssue
The support team is excellent. Highly recommended!
Very impressed with the support team behind Return Prime. We're still in the process of fixing a custom courier integration, but their communication has been top-notch. From phone calls to multiple chat messages, they are genuinely trying to help us sort it out. Great customer service makes all the difference.
