Return Prime:Return & Exchange

Very good help & support one of the best I have gotten from a shopify app company. Anytime I asked for help or to get on a call they were always available . 5 plus stars.

The team at Return Prime are incredibly helpful. The app is super easy to navigate too, it has made my returns & exchanges for my customers a seamless process. Thank you!

The app is a lifesaver for us. The best app out there to handle returns and exchanges in a seamless manner. Highly competent and helpful people available round the clock.

This app is very current and easy to use. The customer service was excellent and prompt! The app is far less expensive then the competitors app. Highly recommend this app.

Totall worth the money, we are loving it. Streamlined the whole exchange process. Kudos to the developers and also the support team, very proactive. 5 stars deserved indeed

Fantastic experience ever had. Really happy to meet WonderWomen and her solution within minutes of our chat. Thanks! System looks very well, will add more comments later on.

I cannot speaking highly enough about this App, and the support team!
This was my third attempt with an Returns App after wasting hours with others that didn't meet my needs.

Great support team and the app offers a lot of features.
I had a custom theme that couldn't be installed by the app automatically and their developers team fixed in 15 minutes.

We have started using this recently and so far it has been good. The support from Return Prime team has been very prompt and we hope their solution keeps improving as time goes by.

Great customer support - the team is available for calls immediately even for first time brands and the installation process was a breeze. Helps make supply chain effective and easy
