Return Prime:Return & Exchange

The app itself is so easy to use and very customer friendly. The support I received when setting up was amazing too. Would definitely recommend.

The help desk at Return prime is amazing and excellent, helped me with a critical issue which was pending for a long time, very quick response and resolution, appreciated

Absolutely phenomenal customer service! They respond with lightning speed, guide me through every step, and the app is incredibly user-friendly. Without a doubt, it deserves a rating of 1000 stars.

Been on Shopify for more than 4 years and never experienced the level of helpfulness and enthusiasm from customer service as I did from the Order returns team. Answered all my questions and helped us get set up with ease. Highly recommend.

I have had a very positive experience so far with the customer service chat with Return Prime! It's been great!

I had a call with Greeva from customer service to help me set up all of the functions we were looking to implement. She was very helpful and took me through each step to make sure I had everything I needed. Excellent customer service, and a great app! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The customer support executive was outstanding. His name is Mark, please give him a salary hike.
