Return Prime:Return & Exchange

This app has been a disaster for Duradero. The day we turned on automation for returns and exchanges it retroactively refunded all exchanges for the previous 30 days totaling over $20,000. Over $11,000 was directly deducted from our account in one day before we discovered it and turned it off.. We thought it was theft but it was bad programming.

It was difficult to contact them, they are based in India and it took over 48 hours to get a response. After 5 weeks of back and forth they did issue us a $3500 credit in the Shopify store. This issue happened to coincide with an acquisition of their company so this really felt like they swept us under the rug and stalled as long as possible for resolution.

They claim this was some error on our part but how could you possibly have an app that could be programmed to issue retroactive refunds on exchanges??? This was a nightmare and I would recommend NOT using this app.

We used LOOP before, no issues. We now use REDO and would recommend either of those options. REDO is a better value by far and the service level and the team there are tremendous.

One of the best apps in the Shopify app store. If you are looking for an app that can help you Return or Exchange products, look no further. They have many integrations for different systems, many customizations for processing reasons, and email templates that are also customizable.

The secret gem of this app is their support team. Any questions or problems my team or I encounter, they are extremely quick to get back to us and they make sure to follow up in a timely manner, as well.

Best customer support ever encountered with any application. They resolve your queries in minutes and also help in all the integration. Best app to handle your returns and exchanges, so many customisations are possible which are not available on any other apps.

I highly recommend giving this app a spin if you are looking for a product return solution! It works great out of the box and has many integrations to choose from. We asked them to add an integration they didn't have listed and their team and ours were able to create a new one very quickly and it works amazingly well.

Their support team is probably their best kept secret. Any question or problem I had, they were more than willing to help me out and stay on top them. Their support team is probably the best team I have ever worked with by far, y'all rock!

I recently migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify and have been searching for a return exchange portal that suits my businesses' returns policy.

My key priority was to have it as flexible as possible for my customers to ensure that they have a smooth shopping experience (especially being able to exchange for OTHER products not just variants). I tested about 20 other apps via the Shopify App Store and all were either really limited in features or did not have the right support.

I'm really happy to have come across Return Prime as their customer service is also top-notch. The reply to all my queries instantly and I know my customers will appreciate this portal. There are so many features you can customise on this to suit your store! Highly recommend to any ecommerce store who wants to give their customers choice in order to minimise refunds to original payment method.

Return Prime has been great for our business. The app is very user friendly. Returns and exchanges have been easy to manage through the app. The support has been top notch. The live chat has been very helpful and follow up has been excellent. Would recommend this app for ecommerce businesses.

Amazing customer service!
Took me a while to get everything set up but the customer service team were instantly available and did everything I needed straight away. Lots of features on this app and a great backend compared to the app we previously used so I am looking forward to using this for our business.
