Return Prime:Return & Exchange

I just added this to my store. I wanted to start off with the free plan with 5 requests a month. I was setting up everything and noticed I have to pay $19.99 a month to be able to let my customers exchange for other products. That seems a little pointless to me and does not make any sense. If you are going to allow up to 5 requests (exchanges and returns) for a free plan, shouldn't that include any EXCHANGE? or at least offer a free trial? I will be switching to another app unfortunately.

I LOVE this app. It's so easy for our customers to return products from their order and so I have more time to focus on my business. The support team is great and ready to help anytime. I really appreciate this point because even when you have a lot of knowledge in Shopify, still you are not able to develop but the team is there to help. We had an issue we faced and the app wasn't able to fix this yet but I talked to the support team and they created a solution for us within days. BIG LOVE!

Wow wow wow! The onboarding experience was super easy. I had a slight hiccup with the installation, but their amazing customer support Wonder was an absolute dream in helping me not only install the code, but customise the graphics to correspond with our website. All the while communicating with some kick arse GIF's that made me smile while I waited. Once I thought our conversation was coming to an end, they said they would quickly check our logistics integration. Like, talk about going above and beyond.

We had been looking for an alternative to our returns app for a while now. But we needed a connection to Shippo, which is now possible since yesterday. So I installed the app and what can I say great. Everything is customizable, all texts can be translated into the required language. A couple of things had to be adapted, so we turned to the support and this was really extremely helpful and has implemented everything within a few minutes perfect. Now everything is fine, and works as desired. We can rate this app and especially the suport with 5 stars.

I just started using it and have done one exchange. The process was very easy. I am mostly writing this review now because onboarding and set-up was very easy between the parts I did on my own and the customization I asked support to help with. The person who helped me was amazing! They were able to answer every question I had. Awesome first impression. Glad I switched from the very expensive app - Aftership which wanted to charge me $119 just to add the ability to do exchanges in addition to returns. Thanks Return Prime for making this switch easy.

I have NEVER, and let me repeat, NEVER dealt with an app that has such amazing customer service. They will guide you through the entire account setup with accuracy and ease to ensure your returns page/process is nothing short of immaculate. This would be the fifth app I have tried using for a seamless return policy or my website and it surely puts the rest to shame. They have only begun on there journey into being the worldwide leader in ecommerce returns and they already are outperforming the biggest of names. Do not look any further Return Prime is the way to go!

Outstanding service and app, includes all we need. We are fulfilling our shopify orders with Amazon and have been looking a while now for a simple return possibility for our clients. Return Prime has all we need: DHL (Germany) Interface, a customizable return center and customizable emails. The app will save us a lot of time each month and makes returns a lot easier for our customers. Their customer service is also notable, they provided quick help with a small interface issue we had and even translate an email template for us. Thank you guys, keep up the good work!

After going through 3-4 return apps searching for one that best fits our needs I decided to give this one a try. Return Prime is the absolute best. I am the furthest from tech savvy and it was an easy install. Everything was up and running quickly. I ran into a few minor issues because I neglected to complete a few tasks on the back end. I contacted the support via chat and my issues were resolved within minutes. As a business owner time is so Important. I feel like my time was valued and a resolve was important to the tech. Absolutely seamless integration into our site! We have a ton of apps that customize customer accounts and add specific features, and this app fit in perfectly with our design. We also had some color changes that they took care of immediately. Cannot recommend this app enough! There is a legitimate free version, where if your returns are low enough, you can use the app for free while you grow. Absolutely essential for any Shopify website. Puts the power back into your customers hands to automate the return process and keep your return email inbox empty! Thanks so much Return Prime!
