Return Prime is een retour- en omruilplatform voor groeiende D2C-merken.
Return Prime beheert je volledige retourproces na aankoop. Klanten dienen retour- en omruilaanvragen in via een portaal in je eigen huisstijl. Regels keuren aanvragen automatisch goed of af op basis van reden, product en retourtermijn. Bied omruilingen, winkeltegoed of terugbetalingen aan en pas upselling toe tijdens het retourproces om omzet te behouden. Kies wanneer je een prijsverschil bij omruilen in rekening brengt, verleng de termijn voor één specifieke bestelling en betaal 'Buy X Get Y'-bestellingen naar rato terug. Volg SLA-overschrijdingen, integreer meer dan 100 WMS- en logistieke tools, en krijg ondersteuning voor het EU-herroepingsrecht plus 24/7 support.

I am currently still in the process of setting up and testing Return Prime, so I think it is a little too early for me to give a final verdict on how the app performs in daily use. However, my experience so far has been extremely positive and the app looks very promising.
What has impressed me most is the flexibility of the app and, especially, the level of support. I had a specific requirement for exchanges: I wanted my customers to be able to choose from my entire product collection instead of being limited to the standard exchange options. This wasn’t available in my setup initially, but after contacting support it was enabled for me very quickly.
More recently, Rohit has been extremely helpful in working through my specific requirements regarding return labels, Sendcloud and insurance for higher-value shipments. He took the time to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve, involved the technical and product teams where necessary, and even submitted my preferred workflow as a feature request.
I really appreciate this kind of support. Rather than simply being told that something isn’t possible, they genuinely try to understand the use case and look for a solution.
I still need to complete my setup and start using Return Prime in daily operation before I can judge every aspect of the app, but based on my experience so far, both the app and especially the support team have made an excellent impression.
This is a great app. It works flawlessly and has a lot of useful features. It has really improved the efficiency of our return process, so I can recommend this to any Shopify owner. Great customer service and always developing. Very intuitive, and it just works.
