ReturnGO Returns & Exchanges

I used this app to reduce our customer service touchpoints on returns & exchanges. The constant updates/development into this app have been incredible to our success.

Been using this app for a few months now, been great! customer service is brilliant, replied to me straight away and stuck with me until everything was how I wanted it!

L'application fonctionne parfaitement et propose toutes les fonctionnalités pour gérer les retours et les échanges. Le support est réactif et performant. Rien à redire.

Had some difficulty setting up the App but a customer service member names Junessa invited me to a zoom call and she set up every little detail for me. She was brilliant.

Our company is using ReturnGo for the Shopify Plus version. The app support team is very proactive and helpful. This app is suitable for our contact center service process.

Takes a bit of learning to figure out but it is SUPER helpful and worth it. Support is amazing about going above and beyond to make sure app does exactly what you need it to do!

the customer service is amazing! they always help right away and are so nice!! they even helped set up the whole thing for me when i couldn't figure it out :) highly recommend!!

Awesome returns app! Great functionality, nice price and super good support. The integrations work and it has streamlined our operation and removed much manuality. Two thumbs up!

Customer support is so far so good. App exactly what we need it for and they have upgrade or updates from time to time. Chat support is always helpful and replies within a few hours.

ReturnGo is an intuitive and nicely designed app. my experience with the app is a positive one.
