Their platform is intuitive, customisable, and has allowed us to offer a smooth returns experience to our customers, which is key in retaining their trust and loyalty.

After careful evaluation of all available return apps, we launched ReturnGO in 2022. After two years we can say it offers excellent value for money. In particular exchanges, return label options, return fee handling and automation options are excellent features. The continuous development and expansion of features of the app are also above standard. And the helpdesk is excellent. 100% recommendation.
I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Angelo from ReturnGO. He was absolutely incredible in helping me set up a new policy when I had no idea where to even begin. What felt complicated and overwhelming to me, he handled with complete clarity, patience, and professionalism.
Angelo took the time to truly understand what I was trying to achieve, and made sure I felt confident with the setup before we finished. Nothing felt rushed, and no question felt too small. It’s rare to experience support that is both technically excellent and genuinely kind.

Great app. Returns take a lot of time from our customer support and ReturnGO has helped us to save tons of time. Yes there are some bugs from time to time like everywhere else but their team is always very helpful and all problems are usually resolved within few minutes. Definitely recommend.

ReturnGO has been a game-changer for our returns process! The user-friendly interface makes it easy for our customers to initiate returns and track their status. The analytics dashboard provides valuable insights, helping us improve our products and services. They also have an amazing support when we need assistance for either the set-up or any issues. They've been very helpful! Fantastic app and highly recommend!
NOT A GREAT APP. Impossible to generate a return label, and the only customer service provided was to check my settings. Really hard to understand, not user-friendly, and poor customer service. There's plenty of app to handle your returns - do yourself a favor and choose another one.

Works as you would expect it to, we tested several before settling on this one which gave us the best capacity for the customisation that we needed. It has made our return process very simple and efficient for our customers and staff, and the support is excellent, always quick and easy to follow, I highly recommend it, thank you, returngo!
I've been using ReturnGO for over 2 years and they've been exceptional. As Their customer service is second to none responding within minutes 24/7 and their team is extremely receptive to feedback when you have a feature need. I highly recommend this app, especially for the price as it compares to the other options out there.
