ReturnGO Returns & Exchanges

We could not be happier using ReturnGo. The program is so user friendly for both consumers and merchants. They have simplified the process where it now takes more than half the time spent as we used to with other apps. Their customer service is incredibly responsive, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They are, by far, one of the best apps we have ever dealt with on Shopify. We highly recommend them!!

Writing the review after genuinely using the app for over 10 days. The plugin works seamlessly well, exactly as per our expectations. The best part is their support if in the business hours, they are always available to help you solve your queries. We've been in touch with Aviad, Assi & a few more. All of them are simply awesome. Great to connect with positive people who are trying their best to change the game.

Extremely happy with this app and the customer service! Super responsive staff with my endless questions. I am not a pro so needed some assistance to understand things. Chris was extremely patient and understanding and helped me accomplish my goals. Their chat feature for help was awesome and got me the help in needed immediately. Been using this app for a year now and makes returns and exchanges run smoothly. Highly recommend!

Top review for them! The onboarding with the team was quite more than amazing and their support after settings is very quick and efficient. We were looking for the best way to create an automatic and cool return and exchange process for the customer and our employees. Til now, it seems we found it. All the team is very willing to help and answer your requests asap. We are still working together on improving the system for both sides. Highly recommend them!

Our team got extremely tired of keeping track of exchanges, so we decided to try out this app and it's been great! Really love how automated everything is and how easy it is to track all of our exchanges in one place. :) The support team has been extremely helpful whenever I have a question as well! 10/10 would recommend if you deal with returns/exchanges on a daily basis. We sell pet accessories, so customers frequently choose the wrong size, so we deal with that lol

This app not only helps my customers have a positive return/exchange experience, but it takes a lot of the manual work of processing and keeping track of those orders off our plate. Returngo gets 10 stars!! This is a great app not only for all the great exchange and return features made simply but the amazing customer service and on boarding support that comes along with it!! Unmatched in the industry!! I especially love how the app offers the customer the option of a gift card or store credit to potentially convert the sale into a future one! Great customer service! I interacted with Nica today but they are always very responsive and human. I am a happy customer for over 5 years and every time I have a need they were prompt, kind and beyond helpful in assisting me. I'm a small client (with irrelevant volumes) and I'm treated like I'm an important client, that's so impressive! PS: I'm not commenting on the app here as I already did in the past but I couldn't recommend it enough! Also, they are always improving it

Their staff have been SO helpful, and have been incredibly useful. I cannot thank Geanica especially, who has been an absolute blessing for setting everything up for us. Their team is responsive, quite literally responding instantly, and cut straight to the point and can answer your questions. I highly recommend this app for you to use for returns. I have tried SO many other apps, but this one has been quite literally perfect. Thank you to this team again! And Geanica especially.

ReturnGo is amazing. I've been using them since shortly after they started the app and am super satisfied! They are constantly improving it and adding new features - the developers are super active in managing and improving the app. I love the experience it offers my customers and the ability to retain sales by offering instant exchanges and custom return policies depending on if the customer requests a return to a gift card or to their payment method. I am here for the long haul.
