The Returns Go App makes the process of returns, exchanges and refunds very efficient. The portal is easy to navigate and the customer service is great. I recommend this app to any business that is looking to streamline their returns process.

The best customer service you could imagine. They guided me through the whole process and set everything up. It's super easy for customer to use and incentivizes them to get store credit vs. returns. The exchange is super easy to use. Highly recommend.

If you want an automated process to manage your customer return/exchange request, this app is perfect for you. In addition, it allows to connect to 3PL such as Shippypro that allows you to automatically generate your return label. Really great support too.

Very helpful customer service - I was able to get all the answers I needed and they didn't log me out of the chat because of inactivity. I had to step away a couple times because I was working in a couple things, and the chat was open the whole time. Awesome!

Best returns app on Shopify hands down. Extremely customisable, very good support and looks very professional. App is updated constantly and keeps getting awesome new features - unlike other apps which are rarely updated. The price is worth very penny. Highly recommend.

Nous avons migré d'Aftership return center vers ReturnGo et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Application fonctionnelle avec un support réactif. Un account manager dédié (Noa pour nous) qui fait à fait un super travail en nous accompagnant depuis le début du projet. Je recommande.
