This app is the perfect return and exchange app. Lian was so so helpful setting this all up! He was so patient. Hopped on a zoom call whenever I needed help setting up. The app is so well priced and the first App to allow exchanges and upsell/downsell. All in all they deserve 5 STARS!! I highly recommended this APP

Return Go is a fantastic application that allows you to easily manage returns from all over the world. It is very easy to set up and allows you to choose from many types of resolution. The technical support is super efficient, responds very quickly and always tries to fulfill all the requests. Absolutely recommended!!

This is the best app out there for a reasonable price. This has all the features of the overpriced ones. And, the support group is GREAT. This is an amazing app for returns. We have been working with it for over a month now, and it reduced our return by more than 15% by making the users accept store credits instead of a return. More than that, it increased returning customers as most of the users accepting store credit buy more than the credit value, and they are happy. We highly recommend it.

Firstly, customer service was helpful during the installment process. They clarified every point for us. Also, the UX is user-friendly. They helped us, especially on language conversion. Every steps are simplified. Merchants who use Money Order in their stores could use efficiently. IBAN check feature is trust point for merchants. Thanks for the great service again!
