I’m writing this review because the lack of follow-up has been unacceptable.
After completing the demo, I’ve been trying to connect with my rep to move forward with installation, but I haven’t received a response in over two weeks from her. This is time-sensitive, and the lack of communication is extremely disappointing.
We’re very sorry to read your review and take full responsibility for this matter. We’ll investigate why our representative stopped responding, as this does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide.
The go-live process should be straightforward, and we have a dedicated team available daily to support it.
We’ll reach out to you directly to resolve this as quickly as possible and make things right, including appropriate compensation.
We’ve been using ReturnGo for 2 years, and it has greatly reduced the back and forth with customers by making the returns process much more streamlined. The app has been a big help for our team, and their customer service is very responsive, both when answering questions and when helping set up conditions. A great tool for improving efficiency and the customer experience.
