ReturnGO Returns & Exchanges

Extremely happy with this app and the customer service! Super responsive staff with my endless questions. I am not a pro so needed some assistance to understand things. Chris was extremely patient and understanding and helped me accomplish my goals. Their chat feature for help was awesome and got me the help in needed immediately. Been using this app for a year now and makes returns and exchanges run smoothly. Highly recommend!

We switched to ReturnGo from another well-known solution. Returngo, unlike other providers, offers, among other things, true multilingualism in the returns portal and in the emails. The integration is easy. The excellent possibility to build clean return flows is worth mentioning. The support is particularly noteworthy. The employees are incredibly friendly, helpful and easy to reach. We are looking forward to further cooperation with ReturnGo!

Top review for them! The onboarding with the team was quite more than amazing and their support after settings is very quick and efficient. We were looking for the best way to create an automatic and cool return and exchange process for the customer and our employees. Til now, it seems we found it. All the team is very willing to help and answer your requests asap. We are still working together on improving the system for both sides. Highly recommend them!

Our team got extremely tired of keeping track of exchanges, so we decided to try out this app and it's been great! Really love how automated everything is and how easy it is to track all of our exchanges in one place. :) The support team has been extremely helpful whenever I have a question as well! 10/10 would recommend if you deal with returns/exchanges on a daily basis. We sell pet accessories, so customers frequently choose the wrong size, so we deal with that lol

This app not only helps my customers have a positive return/exchange experience, but it takes a lot of the manual work of processing and keeping track of those orders off our plate. Unmatched in the industry!! I especially love how the app offers the customer the option of a gift card or store credit to potentially convert the sale into a future one! Great customer service! I interacted with Nica today but they are always very responsive and human. I am a happy customer for over 5 years and every time I have a need they were prompt, kind and beyond helpful in assisting me. I'm a small client (with irrelevant volumes) and I'm treated like I'm an important client, that's so impressive! PS: I'm not commenting on the app here as I already did in the past but I couldn't recommend it enough! Also, they are always improving it

Their staff have been SO helpful, and have been incredibly useful. I cannot thank Geanica especially, who has been an absolute blessing for setting everything up for us. Their team is responsive, quite literally responding instantly, and cut straight to the point and can answer your questions. I highly recommend this app for you to use for returns. I have tried SO many other apps, but this one has been quite literally perfect. Thank you to this team again! And Geanica especially.

ReturnGo is amazing. I've been using them since shortly after they started the app and am super satisfied! They are constantly improving it and adding new features - the developers are super active in managing and improving the app. I love the experience it offers my customers and the ability to retain sales by offering instant exchanges and custom return policies depending on if the customer requests a return to a gift card or to their payment method. I am here for the long haul.

Amazing app, and AMAZING customer service! the app simplifies our return/exchange process, saves soooo much time in handling it, and improves our customers experience.
It has a great feature of crediting customers in store credits and their customer support service goes above and beyond, they are super helpful, Very responsive on chat and emails.
The app is easy to set up, no coding needed, any question I had was answered quickly, and the value for money is great!
Highly recommended.
