I use this app since a week, and it is great for user experience! Every exchange or refund request is converted into Shopify! The best thing is to have the opportunity to chat with the support for any question. They are super nice and take a lot of comments in consideration. Support is top-notch and integration is simple and seamless.

It's a much more robust solution than our previous solution and much better customer support! Extremely happy with this app and the customer service! Super responsive staff with my endless questions. I am not a pro so needed some assistance to understand things. We switched to ReturnGo from another well-known solution. Returngo, unlike other providers, offers, among other things, true multilingualism in the returns portal and in the emails. The integration is easy. The excellent possibility to build clean return flows is worth mentioning. The support is particularly noteworthy.
