ReturnGO Returns & Exchanges

Really loving ReturnGo so far. The support team is so kind and quick and really goes step by step with you during the onboarding so you don't feel all alone after downloading the app like other apps I have experienced. I am also happy they are able to accommodate different eligibility rules for returns which is something I have had trouble with in the past. So far so good!

The best thing about setting this up is the dedication of the team we had supporting us. Noa & Junessa helped with every question, and worked with us to get this off the ground, even liasing with third parties to make sure it worked. The words of our director 'This is a game changer'

I use this app since a week, and it is great for user experience! Every exchange or refund request is converted into Shopify! The best thing is to have the opportunity to chat with the support for any question. They are super nice and take a lot of comments in consideration. They work hard to add future improvements, and propose always better. I recommend 300% !!

Without a doubt the best of the best! Super user friendly and the staff is out of this world! They are friendly, attentive and very easy to understand. In general, returns can be a major pain but this app makes the process so smooth. I was very patient and waited a few months to leave this review. ReturnGo has helped us automate our return, repair and exchange process. Amazing customer support - they are super responsive and easy to work with. The RG team prioritizes development items when we need them and is always available for any issues/requests.

RG also helped us to create a custom warranty portal to manage our repairs processes which has been amazing. Strongly recommend this app.

The support and features at ReturnGo surpass that of any return platform we've used to date! Incredibly, they are also the most affordable. We've been through Return Magic, Loop Returns, etc., and with the new automation capabilities through ReturnGo, they're not right in line with the big players in the game- at a price you can't beat! Support is top-notch and integration is simple and seamless.

We're brand-new in using the app but have been VERY pleased with how easy the integration and setup has been. It's a much more robust solution than our previous solution and much better customer support! Mike, Chris, and several others responded extremely fast via chat and were super professional, helpful, and positive. Made the whole onboarding experience very enjoyable! I would HIGHLY recommend!

We could not be happier using ReturnGo. The program is so user friendly for both consumers and merchants. They have simplified the process where it now takes more than half the time spent as we used to with other apps. Their customer service is incredibly responsive, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They are, by far, one of the best apps we have ever dealt with on Shopify. We highly recommend them!!

Writing the review after genuinely using the app for over 10 days. The plugin works seamlessly well, exactly as per our expectations. Extremely happy with this app and the customer service! Super responsive staff with my endless questions. I am not a pro so needed some assistance to understand things. Chris was extremely patient and understanding and helped me accomplish my goals. Their chat feature for help was awesome and got me the help in needed immediately. Been using this app for a year now and makes returns and exchanges run smoothly. Highly recommend!
