ReturnGO Returns & Exchanges

I have nothing but positive notes from our experience with ReturnGo, especially transitioning from our old platform Returnly to ReturnGo.
The team, especially our onboarding agent Junessa was accommodating, responsive, immensely helpful with the best energy throughout our transition to ReturnGo.
Junessa truly made this experience very easy and pleasurable!

This app handles my returns very well. The customer service is excellent! They always take the extra step to make my life easier.

ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLATFORM!! their help service is above and beyond. Syncs great with shopify. So happy we made the change.

Downloaded this app for my store recently, and the support team has been amazing! They helped us set up the app and customize our return policy every step of the way, it's been awesome! Highly recommend this app and the amazing team behind it!

I just did the onboarding process, going from Returnly to ReturnGO. My first impressions are that ReturnGo is much more intuitive and user-friendly on the back-end. And the front-facing customer experience seems to be better too. Also, my onboarding specialist was AMAZING. She walked me through everything with the nicest manner and with lots of explanantion.

The ReturnGo team is amazing and been so helpful with set up and questions as they come up. Highly recommended.

Junessa is the best. She has helped us countless times to make our returns and exchanges experience amazing. Love our experience with ReturnGO so far!

Return Go has really come through for us when it comes to all the support, requirements of a robust platform. We are very impressed, and believe it is a great value for the price. You won't regret giving them a try!!!
