ReturnGO Returns & Exchanges

This app has saved me dozens of hours from dealing with customer service back and forth and editing/tweaking orders and shipping labels. The automation and notifications are intuitive and smart. Plus, the customer support is 24/7 and extremely responsive. I wish I had done this a year earlier.

Got everything set up via youtube videos & it was all wrong. Spoke to someone on the online chat at 11pm UK time and was helped by the amazing Nikki... She helped me get everything set correctly (she's a credit to your company) The app seems great from first glance and offered at a very good price

Hands down the best return application on Shopify. Nothing comes close. If you think Loop is the only game in town, think again. You can be up and running and processing returns in less than an hour. Support is second to none and the feature set grows constantly. A must install app for stores of any size.

Very intuitive and easy to use. ReturnGo took me less than two hours to set up and I'm not a techie. The app is saving us 2-3 hours work per day so it's a great addition to our stack. I use ReturnGo's Exchange Assistant application to help with customer feedback and store credits for my store. It is extremely user friendly and allows us to seamlessly receive customer feedback on orders as well as offer customers store credits on returns/exchanges, as opposed to always offering full refunds.

This app is the perfect return and exchange app. Lian was so so helpful setting this all up! He was so patient. Hopped on a zoom call whenever I needed help setting up.
