We’ve been using ReturnGo for 2 years, and it has greatly reduced the back and forth with customers by making the returns process much more streamlined. The app has been a big help for our team, and their customer service is very responsive, both when answering questions and when helping set up conditions. A great tool for improving efficiency and the customer experience.

I’m writing this review because the lack of follow-up has been unacceptable.

After completing the demo, I’ve been trying to connect with my rep to move forward with installation, but I haven’t received a response in over two weeks from her. This is time-sensitive, and the lack of communication is extremely disappointing.

You can customise it to suit your return process and all of the staff have been really helpful throughout. The aftercare support has been good too and they have been quick to help with any queries/teething issues that we have had. Beware if you want to use this for the Amazon MCF integration that ReturnGo are advertising. The MCF integration does not work - full of bugs and errors, and has a severe limitation that it can't support more than one Amazon marketplace at a time. I have contacted support several times and they show zero interest in improving the MCF integration.

The app may work well for other returns types, but not for this.
