Automate Google & Trustpilot review requests after delivery.
Review Request sends branded review invitation emails after delivery. Merchants connect Google, Trustpilot and other built in review website links, verify their sending domain, and customize email templates. Customers can leave private feedback when something went wrong, while public review links stay available. Merchants manage conversations in a feedback inbox, reply by email, and track sends and clicks. Automate invites with delay and cooldown rules, or send manually from Orders.
- Automatically send review invitations after delivery with adjustable delays.
- Add Google, Trustpilot and other built-in review sites to one invitation.
- Send personalized emails from your own verified domain.
- Manage private customer feedback and reply from a built-in inbox.
- Track deliveries and destination clicks, with cooldown and duplicate controls.

Sending review requests from our own domain was a big plus for us. Being able to select a specific product instead of including the whole list is handy too. What we appreciate most is the private feedback system - it gives customers a way to tell us what went wrong and gives us a chance to talk things through and put things right before getting a bad review.
A useful tool for managing review requests and encouraging customers to share their feedback. It can help make the review collection process more organized and save time when following up with customers. A helpful option for stores looking to improve their customer feedback workflow.
