This is by far the best app I have ever used, the best part is the response from the staff, they spent 3 hours helping me with my problem and even helped me optimize the site speed. I have invested at least a lot of money in Fivver, and although I haven't used it all, from what I have experienced so far, it is well designed and does solve the problem of modifying orders after purchase. Revize has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. Brilliant app - customers often input the wrong shipping address in haste and we have to go back to liaise with them on which one is correct! The app resolves that pain point and has saved hours of time. But what really stands out about this app is the support team. They are honestly the best I have ever worked with - quick to respond, patient, and genuinely invested in helping. It makes such a difference to feel supported while trying something new.
