Merchants say this app reliably handles pre-orders and back-in-stock alerts to recover lost sales. Setup is quick, the interface is simple, and the “Notify Me” button integrates smoothly with themes. They like clear preorder labeling, demand reports, strong customization (design, text, languages, branding removal), and branded emails via custom domains. Pricing is often called a steal, and live chat support is praised as fast, patient, and proactive.
We've found this app to be excellent for one of our stores, it's extremely versatile with excellent front/back end experience. And the support is wonderful, response on chat has been very quick and resolved any issues quickly and really appreciate their proactive approach.
