I was looking for an app to add options to my shopify store and tried several before this one. After testing the others, i realized how much better this app suited my needs. I got most of the setup done myself, then hit a snag. The live chat team quickly understood what i was trying to do and helped me sort it out. The support was genuinely excellent.. Great app and easily the best option i tried.
The live chat support has been excellent. I spent hours trying to fix an issue myself, but Ayan understood the problem and resolved it in about 10 minutes. Rich product options also make it easy to customize my products. I’d definitely recommend it.

I was slightly nervous about trying a newer app for our engraved jewelry, but it turned out to be
exactly what we needed. We can collect names, dates, and messages directly on the product
page. The options look clean, and everything has worked reliably.
