Really happy with this app! It offers so many customization options for our apparel store, and it’s been very useful for our business. The support team is also very responsive. We requested a particular feature, and they added it within just 2 days, which was really impressive!
Another big plus is that the app is free, while many other apps charge a subscription fee for similar features. Definitely a great app for anyone running a custom product or apparel store. Highly recommend it!
Thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re glad Rich Product Options is helping you customize products and support your apparel business. It was a pleasure to add the feature you requested, and we appreciate you recognizing our team’s quick support.
Thanks for recommending the app!
I was looking for an app to add options to my shopify store and tried several before this one. After testing the others, i realized how much better this app suited my needs. I got most of the setup done myself, then hit a snag. The live chat team quickly understood what i was trying to do and helped me sort it out. The support was genuinely excellent.. Great app and easily the best option i tried.
The live chat support has been excellent. I spent hours trying to fix an issue myself, but Ayan understood the problem and resolved it in about 10 minutes. Rich product options also make it easy to customize my products. I’d definitely recommend it.

Glad it’s helping you offer more choice without making the shopping experience complicated.
We have a lot of toys with different colors and options, and Rich Product Options has made it much easier for us to present those choices clearly on our product pages. The options are simple, fit nicely with our store design, and everything has been working smoothly so far. Great app for flexibility. Highly recommended!
Thank you for sharing this.

I was slightly nervous about trying a newer app for our engraved jewelry, but it turned out to be
exactly what we needed. We can collect names, dates, and messages directly on the product
page. The options look clean, and everything has worked reliably.
Thank you for giving Rich Product Options a chance!
We’re delighted that it provides exactly what you need to collect personalized engraving details while keeping your product pages clean and easy to use.
We truly appreciate your trust and thoughtful review.
Amazing app! Highly recommended!
This is honestly one of the best apps I’ve used from the Shopify App Store. It makes offering custom product options so much easier, and I can’t believe it’s free! The app has everything I need without making things complicated. I’m really impressed with how well it works. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.
The best free app we've used, and for sure one of the most usefull. The support was amazing, solved our problem instantly. The standard shopify options are so limited, this app is the go for sure. Highly recommend it
Thank you for the recommendation! We’re glad the app gives you the flexibility you needed and that our support team could help quickly.
We really appreciate your feedback.
Ayan and the support team were patient and helpful. My personalization field appeared in the app preview but not on my store, and they fixed the theme integration issue for me. I really appreciated their assistance and the explanation of what was missing. Thank you!”
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad Ayan and our team resolved the theme integration issue and explained how to get your personalization field displaying correctly on your storefront.
We appreciate your trust in Rich Product Options.
